Khao Sok National Park & Cheow Lan Lake
One of the oldest rainforests in the world, Khao Sok National Park holds Cheow Lan Lake — towering limestone cliffs rising from emerald water. Longtail boats, kayaking, cave exploration, jungle trekking and overnight raft houses. A single trip covers most of the must-do sights.
Rajjaprapha Dam & Cheow Lan Lake
The dam that created the famous Cheow Lan Lake in the heart of Khao Sok — towering limestone cliffs rising from emerald water, best explored by longtail boat, with floating raft houses and cave stops along the way.
Khlong Nam Sai — natural swimming spot
A beautiful spring-fed natural pool with clear, cool water — great for swimming, canoeing or just relaxing in the jungle setting. One of the most refreshing local escapes, open daily.
Wat Tham Singkhon — cave temple
An ancient cave temple on the banks of the Phum Duang River, with a large cave holding Buddha images and centuries of local history — a peaceful, atmospheric glimpse of Thai culture.
Firefly spotting on the Tapi River
As dusk falls, longtail boats cruise the Tapi River and its canals on the lookout for thousands of fireflies lighting up the trees along the banks — a magical evening trip out of Surat Thani town. Ask us and we'll help you arrange it.
Khanom beaches & pink dolphins
Quiet, uncrowded beaches and boat trips to spot the famous pink Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins of the Gulf of Thailand. The pink-dolphin boat tours launch from Khanom's small harbour.
Koh Samui, Koh Phangan & Koh Tao
Ferries run through the day to the islands from Donsak Pier for a beach day or an overnight escape. Koh Tao is the diving and snorkelling island, Koh Phangan is the famous Full Moon Party and yoga scene, Koh Samui is the largest with international nightlife.
Surat Thani night market
The lively night market on Namuang Road for street food and souvenirs, plus historic temples in the surrounding province.
Krabi
Longtail boat trips around the limestone islands (Railay, Phi Phi, Hong, the Four Islands), beaches and nightlife, if you fancy a longer adventure.

Full Moon Party, Koh Phangan
Once a month, Haad Rin beach on Koh Phangan hosts one of the world's most famous beach parties — music, fire shows and thousands of travellers under the full moon. We can arrange the whole night for you, including ferry to and from Donsak and resort pickup.
Pra Cha Rat floating market
A traditional floating market by Bang Bai Mai Temple, where vendors serve local dishes and snacks from boats on a shaded canal — perfect for photos and a taste of old Surat Thani. Ask us which days it's in full swing before you go.
Surat Thani food markets
Surat Thani is a serious food town. Start at San Chao Market by the city shrine on Namuang Road for classic local dishes, then explore Soi Tonpo's evening street-food stalls (open daily until around 21:00) — come hungry.
Central Suratthani shopping mall
The biggest mall in the province with 250+ shops, a cinema, supermarket and dozens of restaurants and cafés — ideal for air-conditioned shopping, a rainy-day escape or a family meal out.

Practical notes for families & spectators
- Safety first: some of our fish are truly huge, and a few species (arapaima, alligator gar, ripsaw catfish) have sharp teeth or spines — please keep children at a sensible distance when fish are being landed and photographed, and always follow the guides' instructions.
- What to wear: light clothing, sun cream and a hat go a long way in the tropical heat.
